Ciro M. DeFalco has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2011.

Prior thereto, Mr. DeFalco was Senior Vice President & Group Planning Officer of White Mountains Re Group, the reinsurance subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group [NYSE: WTM]. Ciro has held a variety of senior corporate finance, controllership, and treasury positions at White Mountains Re, Marsh & McLennan Companies, including Johnson & Higgins, and other industry leading firms.

He is a graduate of Pace University (B.B.A., Accounting) and Columbia University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A., Finance & Management), is accredited as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
