Key Features:  

• Early Claim Resolution – Retention is reimbursed by 50% if a claim is settled within one year of the claim report to the carrier
• Disciplinary Defense Reimbursement – Up to $30,000 per disciplinary action / $60,000 per policy
• Loss of Earning – Up to $500 per insured per day/ $7,500 per claim/$25,000 per policy
• Security Incident Reimbursement – Up to $5,000 per security incident/$10,000 per policy for certain expenses incurred by the Insured due to the unauthorized access of your system and results in the violation of any Privacy Regulation
• 30-day claim reporting grace period
• Liberalization clause
