• Express is a self- rate application for qualified applicants which includes a 2 year policy option
• Deductible Reduction Incentive reduces your deductible by 50% by resolution of a claim through arbitration or non-binding mediation
• Security Incident Reimbursement  up to $10,000 per incident, $20,000 per policy period for certain expenses incurred by the Insured due to unauthorized access of your system and results in the violation of any Privacy Regulation.
• Subpoena Expenses up to $25,000 per policy period for legal defense fees and expenses incurred in responding to a subpoena
• Non-Profit Directors & Officers Coverage up to $10,000 per policy period for damages and claim expenses arising out of an insured’s activities while acting as an Officer or Director of a non-profit organization
• Extended Reporting Period Options for 1, 3, 5, or 7 years
• Free, Unlimited Extended Reporting Period for Qualified Retirees or for Death or Permanent Disability
• Unlawful use, theft or embezzlement of funds up to $50,000
