Christopher C. Duca
President and CEO, NMC

Christopher Duca is President and CEO of Navigators Management Company, Inc.  He is also a member of the Executive Management Team of Navigators, the Board of Directors of Navigators Insurance Company, and the Board of Directors of Navigators Underwriting Agency Limited, which manages Navigators Syndicate 1221 at Lloyd's. 

Chris has participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education Leadership Program.  He is a graduate of Villanova University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.  He is also a graduate of FDU-Madison where he earned an M.B.A. in finance.  Chris conducted doctorate studies at Fordham University where he earned an M.A. in economics.
