Michael L. Civisca has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NMC since 2009. He was President of our U.S. Marine and Energy Division since May 2003 and is a 20-year veteran of Navigators, holding various underwriting and managerial positions.  He is also a Director of Navigators Insurance Company.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Civisca was a marine and energy broker with Marsh from 1981-1986.
